1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, estimates, invoices, communications, or scheduling services of Root & Ripple L.L.C. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Root & Ripple L.L.C. provides water feature design, installation, repair, maintenance, and related services. Specific scope of work, pricing, timelines, warranties, and payment terms may be outlined in written service agreements, proposals, or contracts when applicable.

When a written agreement exists, its terms will govern to the extent they differ from these Terms of Service.

3. Communications & Phone Usage

By contacting Root & Ripple L.L.C. or providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications including, but not limited to:

  • Phone calls

  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

  • Voicemails

  • Emails

These communications may relate to scheduling, estimates, service updates, invoices, payment reminders, and customer support.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of text messages at any time by contacting us directly.

Root & Ripple L.L.C. is not responsible for delayed, filtered, or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information

  • Ensure reasonable and safe access to service areas

  • Disclose known site conditions, utilities, or prior work that may affect service

  • Obtain any required permits, inspections, or HOA approvals unless otherwise stated in writing

Root & Ripple L.L.C. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by undisclosed conditions or lack of access.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are outlined on invoices, estimates, or written agreements. Payment may be required in advance of service. Failure to pay may result in delayed or suspended services.

Accepted payment methods and any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of invoicing.

6. Warranties & Scope of Responsibility

Root & Ripple L.L.C. warrants its workmanship only on water features and installations originally installed by Root & Ripple L.L.C., and only as outlined in the applicable written service contract or warranty documentation.

For repairs, maintenance, or service work performed on water features, ponds, or systems not originally installed by Root & Ripple L.L.C., no warranty is provided on the overall system, existing materials, or prior workmanship. In such cases, Root & Ripple L.L.C. warrants only that the specific labor performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

All equipment, parts, and materials supplied by Root & Ripple L.L.C. are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranties, where applicable. Root & Ripple L.L.C. does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer and does not guarantee the performance, lifespan, or suitability of third‑party products.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Root & Ripple L.L.C. makes no warranty regarding pre‑existing conditions, structural integrity, leaks, plumbing, electrical systems, soil conditions, or materials not supplied or installed by Root & Ripple L.L.C.

7. Cancellations & Termination

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service and are outlined in written agreements or communicated at the time of scheduling. Root & Ripple L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, logos, branding, and written materials are the property of Root & Ripple L.L.C. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Root & Ripple L.L.C. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, communications, or website.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Root & Ripple L.L.C. makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service availability, digital communications, or outcomes beyond the scope of agreed‑upon work.

12. Changes to These Terms
